Veseli is an old town - established in the mid-1800's and the bar has been in existence for almost that many years. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, Jason, their three sons, Cameron, Rhys and Blaise, and dog, Pirate.īrewsters Bar & Grill is located in the village of Veseli, population 300 - a small Czech village which the name Veseli means "Happy Town". Heather serves on the Board of Directors for Heartstrings Unlimited. Heather focuses on a well-balanced approach to health. Heather had a practice in Roseville, MN and Bloomington, MN where she delivered thousands of adjustments to children and adults. Prior to founding Giesen Family Chiropractic, Dr. Heather is certified in the Gonstead Technique, Webster Technique certified, Certified in Pediatric Chiropractic through the Academy of Chiropractic Family Practice , a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association and specialzes in pediatrics and family wellness care. Heather is Board Certified by the state of Minnesota and the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. Heather graduated with a Bachelors in Human Biology and her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree.ĭr. Heather spent the next 4 years at Northwestern Health Sciences University, Bloomington, MN. Heather attended North Dakota State University, Fargo, ND and majored in Biological Sciences. She got interested in chiropractic after being helped by a chiropractor just after high school.ĭr. Heather is orginally from Lisbon, ND located in the southeastern part of North Dakota. Through all my life, I have and continue to meet people, form relationships, accomplish goals, support people, teach children, teach adults, and lend a hand, the list goes on, which truly allows me to continue to utilize my passion in my child care business. Reliable, Quality care that is consistent, in a professional, welcoming environment is what I wanted and I assumed I was not the only ONE. One day I said to myself, “what am I doing I’ve always wanted to own my own Academy, just do it.” A few months of planning and voila. It was very frustrating and the quality of the care was not ideal, when daycare actually was open. I cannot recall the number of un-planned days I had to tell my boss, sorry I have to leave, or I can’t come in my daycare is closed. I spent years doing in-home child care, years in a state of the art child care, years in Corporate America and landed right where I wanted to be.Ĭorporate America is why I’m here today. Of course, my education paved the way also, I do hold a Business Management Degree with a Child Care Emphasis as well. My career experience taught me various hands on skills, life skills and I realized the need for more quality child care options. I always told Mom, “When I get older, I want to have 100 kids and live right next door to you”! WOW, who knew it would really happen well the 100+ kids are not my own, but close enough and Mom and I are only a few cities away. I helped as much as she would let me and was so lucky to have multiple babysitting jobs every weekend. My passion for children stems from when I was young and my Mom watched a few kids from the neighborhood in our family home.
